Fitness is more of a mental thing😱 (part 2 - P1 is on the last post).

Yesterday I talked about how fitness is all about how we define it, how we see ourselves, and how ready we’re to make a change. All this things happen mentally, not physically.
.
Now comes the point when you actually start making those changes.
.
Sure, first few days are super exciting. You’re eating healthy, exercising and feeling great. Until you don’t. Motivation vanishes.
.
You can be the strongest person in the world, or even have the best metabolism. What I mean is that your physical condition can be optimal, but if you don’t put in the effort CONSISTENTLY, results will never show☹️.
.
This is where the mind shift needs to happen. You have to train your mind to want it so bad that it pushes your body to follow it💪🏼.
.
What’s your reason? Your very deep WHY! To look good on your wedding day? Or maybe on a beach vacation? Or maybe just feel comfortable with your body again? To not hate yourself in the mirror?.
.
Every time you feel like you have no power to do it physically- aka too many cravings or no energy to workout- it’s your mind that’s gonna keep pushing💆🏻‍♀️.
.
Are you really hungry for extra food or is it just cravings?
Is your body really exhausted or you’re just making an excuse to keep watching Netflix?
THINK THINK THINK. Then do🤯

And even when you think you can’t push yourself, I’ll be there to help you keep pushing👯‍♀️.

This is what I call ACCOUNTABILITY. I know a lot of you know what you should do, so why haven’t you? It’s simple, you have no one besides yourself to prove you can do it. So what if we change that? What if there is now somebody else you need to prove it to?.
