How do you like yours??
Usually I prepare mine before I go to the gym, and drink it on my way home. I always include my favourite protein powders by @pranaon because they have the best flavours and nutritional content 💪 and some sort of fruit, for fast absorbing carbs. The sun was out again in Sydney, and we’re trying to enjoy it while it lasts 💜
Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop Protein powder @pranaon Bananas n Cream
Coconut water to consistency @naturalrawc
5g Creatine @navawholefoods
Blend until smooth adding coconut water to your desired consistency. Top with extra fruit and nuts if desired 🥝
