Usually I prepare mine before I go to the gym, and drink it on my way home. I always include my favourite protein powders by @pranaon because they have the best flavours and nutritional content πŸ’ͺ and some sort of fruit, for fast absorbing carbs. The sun was out again in Sydney, and we’re trying to enjoy it while it lasts πŸ’œ
Mixed Berry Protein Smoothie

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 scoop Protein powder @pranaon Bananas n Cream
Coconut water to consistency @naturalrawc
5g Creatine @navawholefoods
Blend until smooth adding coconut water to your desired consistency. Top with extra fruit and nuts if desired πŸ₯
