You know how everyone is all like, "it's about balance"? It isn't... I def ate like 95% (which is def not 50/50; that isn't balance) on track, then tipped the scale right after I got off stage to devour these cupcakes. THEY. WERE. EVERYTHING. I shared a few bites.. Promise 🙃... Swipe left to laugh at mutt face 😂😂😂
But now, it is back to a healthier eating routine so my body can feel good again.
NOTE: competitors binge eat for like 24-48 hours after competition to introduce carbs back into their body. So this was a good excuse, right? Lol
