    @c2_wolf that would be awesome I do 9rounds 6 days a week and lost 55 pounds and have kept it off for a year now. And now I’m looking to get more lean and toned and I keep seeing ur pictures ur look amazing - 2 months ago

    @debord5 I’ll send you my calf raise video. I workout my calf muscles 3 times a week, along with glutes exercises and other legs exercises I always do 3 sets of 10-14 on most leg exercises with the exception of more on the calf muscles :) Some of my favorites are the leg press machine and sumo squats!! I’ll take some videos of those for you soon and post them. - 2 months ago
