Traditionally you’ll see people doing shoulder presses in the gym with their chest out ass forward pressing the dumbbells up and in using mostly upper chest.
This is a video of the exact opposite of what you usually see. Dumbbells are pressing up and out while my ass is pinned to the back of the bench. To further increase the stress on the shoulders, you’ll notice the rear of the bench is slightly elevated to eliminate any use of the upper chest.
Just bc it says trainer on someone’s back or you see a muscular person in the gym doing an exercise doesn’t necessarily mean it’s correct. 🤔
