Great warm up superset for the shoulders! If you’re like me and have a hard time with shoulder pain this is great to start any upper body day! I normally will use a resistance band or a few sets of chin ups but this worked great today! Also a great super set for shoulder day! Give it a try if you’ve got this machine at your gym! If your gym doesn’t have it then get to @theliftfactory and give it a try here!!
