Yes, two mirror pics in a row! Rude of me, I know. I wanted to take a minute to break down my measurements, since today is STATurday and all🙃
Right now, in ALL HONESTY and totally vulnerable, here’s where I’m sitting at 5 foot 1:
Chest: 34 inches
Biceps: 10 inches
Waist: 26 inches
Hips: 34 inches
Thighs: 19 inches
Right now, I’m actually pretty content with my chest-waist-hip “ratio,” maybe with a LITTLE to go at my waist, but I would really like to see a decrease everywhere else🙂
I talk often about how I’d like to lose weight, and that is true, but I would also love to maintain my curvy figure. I have ALWAYS been curvy with some thicc legs and I try to embrace it, and work out with MY body type in mind - not the body type of the straight, lean girls I used to want to look like.
Every body type is unique, and I’ve previously talked about how everyone has their own idea of what “fit” is. This is me, embracing my own vision of fitness, and working towards it every day 😈💪🏼
