Number 8 truly hit me today on so many levels, it's one of those positive overwhelming moments. Im grateful for so much and to so many.
My son for being my heartbeat (even when I didnt feel able). My family - omg my family is awesome and never turn their backs on me or give up on me ... no matter how deep I may fall. Especially my two sister/cousins @accg04
My friends - Giving me space when I need it. Checking in on me out of nowhere. Supporting me when I leaned on them. Accepting and loving me at my lowest. Sometimes being stuck to my face like an octopus ... @gtnt80
you get this reference ☺. My life - I didnt die that night 🙏🏾 and there is a purpose for every painful turn in my life. Still trying to figure out why this most recent one (and I have accepted it will take time and patience) ... but I trust one day I will look back and see its purpose.

Failure is nothing more than a chance to revise your strategy 🧠 So, about 10 months ago I switched shit up and started waking up at 4am, practicing Yoga and challenged my 42 year old self to be able to do full splits by today. That didn’t happen and I know why. I was strong out the gate and had a shit ton of motivation until about mid June. I was about 45 days into a landscaping job and my body just felt weak and my energy tank was running on fumes, so I allowed my early morning Yoga sessions, my mainly Keto diet and other disciplined behaviours to suffer. By August my attitude had become negative, my physical health declined and I almost didn’t recognize myself anymore, I knew that a major change was necessary so I decided that it was time to move on from this job and find me again. At the end of September I resigned from my position at the landscaping company and jumped back into the world of photography, started those early morning Yoga sessions back up, doubled down on stretching routines and am now trying to clean up my currently crappy diet. I feel like with a few tweaks and more focus my goal of being able to do full splits can be achieved by this day next year no problem.
