Waddup people!! Today I have a great one for you to end your next shoulder session! Such a GREAT exercise to build stronger healthy shoulders💪🏼💯
Seated Military Press on the Smith Machine!
HERE’S THE TWIST🌪
• Pull up the safety stoppers so that the bar will hit just slightly below shoulder level...
• Focus on controlling the eccentric movement for as long as possible until the bar is finally stopped by the rails...
• Pause for a 2 sec count...
• Explode up...
• & REPEAT!
This exercise (at first lol) was given a 6x12 set/rep count... that soon turned into a “you have to get 6 then just go to failure” type of deal 🤣
But then.. 6 turned into 4 quickly (as you can see in the video lol) so you can only imagine how draining this one is! I recommend using this as a finisher towards the end of your shoulder session to absolutely drain the tank!😅🙌🏼
