16 years I have known and cooked with this Legend Pete Biggs. He’s worked with me at Black Pig, Outlaws in Cornwall, Outlaws in London. He’s trained so many of my chefs in high kitchen standards, drinking tea, no whistling 😗 and football and Oasis knowledge.
