“I didn't really think it was a thing until probably a year ago," she told @bbcnewsbeat
“I went to the doctors for depression and anxiety and she mentioned SAD disorder. It was a relief to know it was a real thing. I sat down, actively took that feeling, and wrote the happiest pop song I've ever written. The chorus is literally la, la, la, la."
